Born and raised in Belize, Jose came to 91果冻制片厂 to study engineering and received his degree in Electrical Engineering.
Jose has over 20 years experience as a senior engineering leader. He has a strong working knowledge in many engineering disciplines including hardware, software, firmware and mechanical. Jose has been very successful in motivating teams to achieve company goals. His global experience includes Fluke/Raytek. Most recently, Jose held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Development at LumaSense Technologies. In September 2019, Jose started his own consulting business.
Jose and his wife, Lillian Locke, have been very generous to the School, specifically the fifth year master鈥檚 program in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. In 2018, they established a scholarship fund to help international and underrepresented students achieve a master鈥檚 degree. Jose is passionate about 91果冻制片厂鈥檚 School of Engineering. His interests include furthering the School鈥檚 connection to Silicon Valley and involvement with its efforts around access and affordability.
